I work with males and females of all ages struggling with food, weight, and body image issues using traditional therapies as well as hypnotherapy, somatic therapy, and a wide variety of expressive art therapies. I enjoy working with individuals and families. I also offer on-going weekly groups: Nourishing the Self (support group for emotional eaters) and DBT: Skill Building for those Struggling with Disordered Eating.
