I specialize in working with adults and adolescents who are having difficulty adjusting to or making important life changes. These include both involuntary, unwanted changes ( e.g., loss of a loved one) as well desired, voluntary changes (e.g., wanting a better relationship). I see people in individual, couples, and group therapy, and work to resolve underlying problems whether they be of short term (e.g., adjustment problems) or long term duration (e.g., personality disorders).
