I have been working in this field since 1977 and work with adolescents and adults experiencing various difficulties. I believe therapy is a process which is based on the establishment of a trusting and safe relationship with a therapist, in which problems, feelings, thoughts and life goals can be discussed, processed and worked through. I see myself as a guide to helping with this process. I believe that although problems sometimes seem large and overwhelming, they can be reframed in ways to help gain new perspectives and ultimately change old patterns of thinking and behavior.
